Jakes Steel & Welding Rejex Rally is back for 2022!

A great deal of planning and effort has gone into trying to build on the fun and success of the 2021 event. Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 July will see two days of driving cars of all types and eras with fellow enthusiasts on on public roads in transport stages with stops for fun activities that the whole family can take part in!

Competitive elements are a balance of short timed driving tests, as well as challenges that do not rely on vehicle performance and sometimes do not involve any driving. Examples from previous years include finding answers to clues by following navigational directions, a roadside game of memory, or replicating a traditional fuel station service to check tyre pressures, oil level and filling the tank. There is fun to be had by all!

In 2022 we will start from Darwin on the morning of Saturday 30 July and finish the day at the Bark Hut Inn, then travelling on Sunday 31 July to end the event with the presentation night at Litchfield Outback Resort.

Entry to the Rejex Rally is $300 which covers two vehicle occupants - one or both can compete as drivers, but all competitors must hold a Motorsport Australia licence (available for purchase at driver sign-on). Additional vehicle occupants can join for $150 each. Entry fees include event shirts plus lunch and dinner on both days and breakfast on Sunday 31 July. Each driver will be issued event stickers with their competition number to be applied to their car.
